Director of Market Access

As Market Access Director (UK & ROI) you will be responsible for:

• Execution and implementation of UK and ROI national market access strategies for early and late-stage products, including health technology assessments (HTA) submissions and pricing negotiations
• Develop and manage external stakeholder plans and relationships
• Develop and implement local market access strategies, framework and tactics to ensure optimal market access upon successful HTA outcomes.
• Support EMEA business development projects with input for UK and ROI pricing and reimbursement opportunities

• Demonstration of high performance in a scientific communications role.
• Desirable qualifications and education:
  · Post Graduate degree in Health Economics
• In depth HEOR knowledge and experience
• Proven ability to achieve reimbursement via all UK & ROI HTA bodies
• Good project and line management skills
• In depth understanding of all external stakeholders and access process at national and regional level Proven ability to successfully work within a matrix environment
• Strategic mindset and hands‑on approach
• Flexible and adaptable to meet departmental and organisational needs.
• Awareness of the legal and ethical issues affecting the provision of pipeline information
• In depth knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical and independent thinking with effective team working skills.
• Excellent knowledge of therapy areas and products across the 2 business groups
