Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Salary: £32k - £35k per annum

Hours of work: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage technical support internally and externally. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the construction, plumbing, or heating industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide technical support and assistance internally and externally.
• Support the internal sales and specification team with product support.
• Provide estimation support, creating accurate quotations to minimise the risk of revisions.
• Represent the business to a high standard across all departments.
• Keep up-to-date with industry and product standards & compliance, incorporating them into company requirements.
• Capture product feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Innovation department on new concepts.
• Oversee faulty product issues / returns validation.

• Experience in product development.
• Previous experience as a Product Support Specialist.
• Proactive, punctual, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness & data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate, with MS Office.
