Hours are 8.00am to 16:30pm Mon - Fri

We’re looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage technical support internally and externally. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the construction, plumbing, or heating industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance both internally and externally, assisting the internal sales and specification team with product support. You will also be responsible for estimation support, creating accurate quotations to minimise the risk of revisions. The ideal candidate will have had some experience in the construction/plumbing and heating industry who can provide extensive knowledge of the products we are offering.

Expectations will be to represent the business to a high standard across various levels, across all departments. Duties will include:

Manage all product support requirements internally/externally
Support sales & specification teams with product support
Keep up to date with industry and product standards & compliance incorporating them into company requirements
Capture product feedback for continuous improvement
Provide Estimating support, creating accurate quotations, keeping the need for revisions to a minimum
Collaborate with the Innovation department on new concepts
Oversee faulty product issues / returns validation
Skills and

Qualifications:

Experience in product development
Experience as a Product Support Specialist
Proactive, punctual, and positive
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organisational skills
Commercial awareness/data analysis
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate, with MS Office
