Affinity Water is seeking a Business Analyst in Hatfield to lead customer transformation initiatives by replacing legacy systems with a modern platform. This role requires strong problem definition, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive quality solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, contributing to continuous improvement across the business.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in complex change programmes, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and excellent communication skills. A competitive salary up to £55,000 is offered along with comprehensive benefits.
