An experienced senior IT leader is required for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client to take ownership of Manufacturing IT Services and GxP-regulated Business Systems across its EMEA manufacturing hub. This is a senior leadership role responsible for digital strategy, operational resilience, compliance, business continuity and technology transformation within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities:

Leading Manufacturing IT Services and Business Systems.
Driving digital transformation and site technology strategy.
Ensuring GxP compliance, validation, data integrity and audit readiness.
Managing technology portfolios, vendors and key stakeholders.
Building and developing high-performing teams.

Experience required:

Proven IT leadership experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong GxP, CSV, validation and compliance knowledge.
Experience leading business-critical manufacturing and laboratory systems.
Act as the regional lead for GxP IT governance and alignment
A track record delivering digital and business transformation programmes.
