David Lloyd Clubs in Hatfield is seeking a Resource Planning and Real Time Manager to join the Member Support team. You will lead forecasting, scheduling and real-time management across multi-channel operations, ensuring optimal staffing and performance.
The role requires strong analytical and technical skills in planning, forecasting and reporting, with experience in contact-centre environments and familiarity with Puzzel and Power BI. Occasional travel to hubs may be required.
