Alstom in Hatfield is seeking a highly organised Customer Service Co-ordinator to manage parts, repairs, and related service activity. You will coordinate with suppliers, handle inquiries, raise orders, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining accurate SAP records.
You will work across Production, Supply Chain and Workshop teams, support OTIF delivery, and provide cover for other plants as needed.
