Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 16:30 | Friday, 07:30 - 12:30

Are you looking for your next opportunity within manufacturing and production? We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operator to join a busy and growing team in Welham Green.

• Prepare products for dispatch - final production duties
• Reel, palletise and cut materials, pick and pack as required
• Check picking lists and print labels accurately
• Use the ERP system to manage inventory and stock movements
• Verify stock, part numbers and lot numbers
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality standards are met
• Support different production areas as required to meet business needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a production
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Competent IT skills, including experience using inventory or ERP systems
• The ability to read and understand picking lists, stock records and documentation
• Experience working within a Quality Management System, ideally ISO 9001:2015
• The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and diagrams
