As the leader of our solution marketing team, you will drive our global go-to-market strategies, collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and product management, and oversee the successful launch of core product releases. You’ll manage a team of 4-5 marketers, handle budget planning and reporting, and implement KPIs to measure the impact of our marketing initiatives. By conducting continuous market research and analysing trends, you’ll ensure our solutions remain competitively positioned.

Your role involves creating compelling messaging for every stage of the sales journey, building a high-performing product marketing organization, and mentoring team members for professional growth.

• Lead the global go-to-market strategy for individual solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans for major product launches.
• Manage and support a marketing team of 4-5 members, including budget planning and reporting.
• Partner with sales, product development, and leadership to define product positioning and value.
• Set, track, and report on key performance indicators for product marketing initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Lead initiatives to gather customer insights and competitive intelligence.
• Analyze market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Create compelling messaging and content to support sales and marketing efforts at all stages.
• Mentor and develop the product marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

• Extensive experience in product marketing within a SaaS or technology environment, including managing marketing teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly share marketing strategies and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on creating practical solutions.
• Strategic thinker, able to develop long-term marketing plans based on industry trends and market analysis.
• Experience collaborating with sales, product management, and customer support.
