Catch
22 is recruiting a Beacon Team Leader to join the Beacon Victim Care Service in Hertfordshire. You will be part of the local management team and manage a team of Beacon Support Workers to deliver end-to-end support for victims in line with contractual expectations.
You will provide line management, supervision and guidance, maintain high quality services, and build effective relationships with police partners, statutory and voluntary agencies across the county.
