Team Leader, Transportation

Immediate Start – Full time work

ADR Network is one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies in the logistics sector. We are seeking a Team Leader to work with our Client in Hatfield for one of the biggest names in logistics. Candidates will need to be able to work alongside the shift manager to ensure all compliance, legal obligations and heath and safety is adhered to whilst assisting with the planning and executions of deliveries and collections.

Pay Rates:

• £29,500 Per Annum
• All rates are PAYE.

The shift pattern we are recruiting for is 4 on 4 off Days (12 hours) Approximately 07:00-19:00, this may change slightly due to site requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience within transport
• Prior experience developing and leading a team within a transport environment
• Experience in fast paced operations
• Good knowledge of driving compliance and regulations
• You must be computer literate to a good level with experience of Microsoft Office.
