Shift Manager

Immediate Start – Full time work

ADR Network is one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies in the logistics sector. We are seeking a Shift Manager to work with our Client in Hatfield for one of the biggest names in logistics. Candidates will need to be highly organized and diligent while leading a team and exceeding operational objectives.

Pay Rates:

• £39,200 Per Annum
• All rates are PAYE.

The shift pattern we are recruiting for is 4 on 4 off Nights (12 hours) Approximately 19:00-07:00, this may change slightly due to site requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months experience within Logistics Management
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volume tasks, enforce safety and maintain quality
• Experience in fast paced operations
• Excellent knowledge of driving compliance and regulations
• You must be computer literate to a good level with experience of Microsoft Office.
