Shift Pattern Choose from:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday to Thursday

Start Times:

• Day Shift: 04:00 - 06:00
• Late Shift: 12:00 - 17:00

Pay RatesStandard Hours

• £20.44 per hour (04:00 - 13:00)
• £21.76 per hour (13:00 - 04:00)

Overtime (after 8 hours)

• £30.65 per hour (04:00 - 13:00)
• £32.65 per hour (13:00 - 04:00)

Join Our Team We're looking for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our growing retail delivery operation based in Hatfield.

The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering retail goods from the distribution centre to stores across North
London, Essex and Kent.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing store deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Transporting predominantly palletised loads with minimal manual handling.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Completing delivery paperwork and maintaining compliance with transport regulations.
• Delivering excellent customer service at every location.

Average shift lengths are 8-12 hours, depending on your route, with regular start times and ongoing work available.

Requirements To be considered, you'll need:

• A valid HGV Class 1 (Category CE) licence.
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 1 year's Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
• A good understanding of Drivers' Hours, Working Time Directive and road transport legislation.
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude.
