Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full‑time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Hatfield operation, in partnership with Arla foods, handling some of the best‑known brands in the UK.

Your journey may start off in a warehouse, but a whole new career could be in front of you from Management, Sales, Transport and more, it just takes the first step!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy operations department (full training will be given). You’ll be working 40.25 hours per week on a4 on 4 off‑day shift 0700‑1900. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive rate of £13.70 per hour, with overtime available at an enhanced rate.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Work in a chilled environment (1‑4 degrees)
• Move pallets around the warehouse, safely using a hand pump truck
• Manual order picking by using MHE trucks and RF guns
• Perform various warehouse tasks
• Work to strict health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Manual order picking
• Stock movement and stock rotation in the fridge.
• Full training will be given.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Basic IT skills
• A willingness to learn and build a new career.
• An interest or previous experience in warehousing
• Skills to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
