This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to lead a busy night shift operation, driving performance, safety, productivity, and engagement within a fast-paced logistics environment.

As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and productive operation through strong leadership and operational excellence.

• Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve operational targets and service levels.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards across the shift.
• Ensure all operational activities are completed safely and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Coach, develop, and engage colleagues to create a high-performing team culture.
• Manage resource allocation and support effective labour planning.
• Use warehouse systems and operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Have experience within a warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Have previous leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.
• Are confident making decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Have strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Are passionate about delivering results through people and process improvement.
