We are seeking a 40‑hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support both our Amherst and West Hatfield practices onsite Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am‑5:00 pm. The Clinic/Practice Assistant serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well‑rounded customer service professionals who can multi‑task, prioritize, and thrive in a high‑volume outpatient setting!
Our philosophy is that if a new hire has strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care, everything else can be taught so we are happy to teach and train!
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] – Data Conversion – Various Issuers preferred.
ExperienceOffice experience 2‑3 years required.
Knowledge,Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with all Office Suite, knowledge of office operations and standards and understanding of office procedures including filing, copying, scanning, printing and faxing.
- Ability to use phone system and manage non‑routine phone calls and solve routine issues as appropriate.
- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience and talking to others to convey information effectively.
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work‑related documents, to correspond and communicate with others clearly and effectively (including composing/editing e‑mail, memos and letters), and to take complete and accurate messages.
- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- Well organized and good time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow established protocols, and work within systems.
