We are looking for a passionate, playful professional to work with children ages 2‑6 in a play‑based, ABA‑guided environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a center‑based setting.
  • Implement highly personalized ABA programming focused on communication, play, peer interaction, and self‑care.
  • Use naturalistic teaching strategies to embed learning opportunities into play and daily routines.
  • Behave calmly and composedly during challenging behaviors, following behavior support plans.
  • Engage in high‑affect, energetic play to motivate learning and reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Accurately record real‑time data on client performance using online software during sessions.
  • Write detailed, objective session notes immediately after therapy and submit appointment verifications by their deadline.
  • Track and analyze client progress and report regularly to the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist in updating and modifying treatment plans based on data trends and progress.
  • Communicate daily with parents at drop‑off and pick‑up times, providing insights into their child’s progress.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and staff to plan, problem‑solve, and improve client outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, treatment plans, and new strategies.
  • Provide emotional support and resources to families about their child’s development.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children and manage risks proactively.
  • Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as changing diapers and supporting self‑care routines.
  • Monitor and report any health or wellness concerns related to children under your care.
  • Maintain clean and organized therapy and play areas, ensuring safety and sensory‑friendly conditions.
  • Prepare the center each morning and conduct end‑of‑day cleanup to keep the environment sanitized and ready for the next day.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive workplace culture through teamwork and participation in staff development.
