What does a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?

Our Mitigation Technicians are on the front lines of restoring communities by being first on site after disasters such as floods or fires, and they lead the mitigation effort to restore the property.

• Hourly pay: $18.00 to $25.00/hour based on experience and certifications
• Flex schedule – ability to adjust hours for personal matters while working full‑time

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on‑call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when needed.
• Assist and lead other team members when opportunities arise.

• Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
