• Complete repair orders efficiently and in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles and perform system diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of automotive systems, including:
  • Engine & transmission
  • Electrical & steering
  • Brakes & suspension
  • Air conditioning and more
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure customers clearly understand repair needs and recommendations
• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
• A-Level skill set, including Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle technologies
• Positive, hardworking, team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient with electronic diagnostic equipment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
