Customer Service Representative – Full Time, Entry Level

Lend Nation (a division of QCHI) is seeking an energetic and positive customer service representative to join our team at Store 4517, 1301 Hardy St, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work Monday through Friday and some Saturdays (Sundays off)

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance
• Minimum age 18
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
