• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Complete all daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and stay actively engaged with clients and their families
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Perform administrative functions such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in clients’ physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
