Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy program
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (active license required)
- Proof of 2 hours of CVA-specific CE completed within the last 4 months
- Experience (one of the following):
- 1 year full-time acute care OT , or
- 2 years SNF or inpatient rehab , or
- 2 years acute care experience at less than full-time hours
