We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our logistics team. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with carriers and customers, coordinate freight from quote to delivery, and identify new business opportunities, all while keeping shipments moving efficiently and profitably. You will work closely with Carrier Sales, Account Management, and Operations to deliver exceptional service.

• Source and manage carrier relationships to secure reliable freight capacity; negotiate rates while maintaining profitability
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, professional communication
• Coordinate shipments from quote to delivery, ensuring freight is executed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Identify new freight opportunities through outreach to shippers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Serve as a point of contact for carriers and/or customers, providing accurate and timely shipment information
• Monitor shipments in transit, proactively identify service issues, and resolve them quickly
• Maintain accurate records of orders, rates, shipments, and carrier compliance in company systems
• Monitor market trends and performance data to support pricing and business decisions
• Maintain an accurate pipeline/CRM and meet activity and performance goals related to load coverage, service, retention, and revenue

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers and/or customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS)
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, freight sales, or customer service preferred, but not required
