In-Home NP: Health Risk Assessments

Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare/Medicaid members around Hattiesburg, MS. This role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to perform assessments in patients' homes, not in a clinic setting.

NPs will perform non-invasive physical assessments, review medical histories, and provide basic wellness education while travel and liability coverage are provided. A response-ready schedule supports work-life balance.
