Leasing Professional - The Blakely | Hattiesburg, MS
What We Offer- Competitive hourly pay plus strong commission potential
- Generous PTO: 120 hours (0–4 years), 160 hours (5+ years)

- Previous leasing experience preferred; customer service, hospitality, or sales backgrounds also welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; social media experience (especially Facebook and Instagram) is helpful
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Saturday availability is required
- Tour prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
- Prepare and complete lease agreements and collect deposits
- Maintain accurate resident and property records
- Build relationships within the community to support marketing
- Ensure vacant apartments are clean and tour-ready
- Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly
- Conduct property inspections and support day-to-day operations
- Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
