Leasing Professional - The Blakely | Hattiesburg, MS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leasing experience preferred; customer service, hospitality, or sales backgrounds also welcome
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; social media experience (especially Facebook and Instagram) is helpful
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25lbs
• Saturday availability is required

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process
• Prepare and complete lease agreements and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate resident and property records
• Build relationships within the community to support marketing
• Ensure vacant apartments are clean and tour-ready
• Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly
• Conduct property inspections and support day-to-day operations
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
