A Part-Time Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge. Key duties include merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store upkeep. Customer service, sales, and teamwork are essential.

• Display fashion trend knowledge and sell appropriate merchandise to meet customer needs while upholding DTLR standards and fostering relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and demonstrate enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Follow all company policies and embrace training programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, perform daily restocking, and represent adequate size runs as directed.
• Help prevent theft and maintain a neat, organized sales environment.
• Support store organization and perform additional duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Excellent command of English for effective communication.
• Basic fashion and trend knowledge and a desire to work with customers.
• Problem-solving, analytical skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and interpersonal skills for excellent customer service and store operations.

• Stand for extended periods; lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
