Concierge Security Officer – ON CALL

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and security at various sites such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  On Call / Flexible 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
• Competitive hourly wage of $15.97 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Has a High School Diploma or GED
• Passes an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Has a state license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
