• Complete service requests and respond to on‑call emergencies
• Maintain property grounds, amenities, and building systems
• Track and maintain tools and inventory
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Apartment maintenance or multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation
• Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25lb
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
