Set up sawhorses, extension cords, compressors, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment.
Site Cleanup:Remove debris and hazards; dig trenches; backfill holes; and compact earth to maintain a safe and organized worksite.
Material Handling:Load, unload, transport, and position construction materials as required.
Assistance to Skilled Trades:Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople in completing assigned tasks.
Tool Operation:Safely operate hand tools ("e.g., shovels, hammers") and power tools ("e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers").
Temporary Structures:Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing, and shoring systems.
Safety and Traffic Control:Install barriers, direct traffic when required, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.

Physical Endurance:
Capable of lifting, carrying, and performing repetitive, physically demanding tasks.
Reliability and Teamwork:Dependable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
Safety Awareness:Strong commitment to following workplace safety regulations.
Willingness to Learn:Open to on-the-job training and learning new techniques, tools, and equipment.
