Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting & Finance

We are seeking a proactive Accountant to take ownership of day‑to‑day accounting operations and support the continued growth of the organization. This role works closely with the Director of Finance and plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end close, and ensuring smooth accounting operations across billing, invoicing, and collections.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance
• Support month‑end close processes and reconciliations
• Oversee billing cycles, client invoicing, and collections
• Process vendor bills and maintain accounts payable accuracy
• Prepare and file sales tax returns
• Communicate directly with clients regarding billing and account inquiries
• Partner closely with the Director of Finance to support financial operations and reporting

• 3+ years of accounting experience (senior‑level experience preferred)
• Strong background in month‑end close processes
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books (Connect Wise experience is a plus)
• Confident, professional communicator with client‑facing experience
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and a “get it done” mindset
• Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week (additional onsite time during onboarding preferred)
• Annual raises typically ranging from 3–5%
• 3.5 weeks of PTO, plus an additional week after 3 years
