Are you an ambitious, people-driven professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, creative industry? Our Account Managers are the primary connection between our clients and our team. You’ll oversee existing accounts, guide new clients through their first projects, and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on role in the world of events and architectural interiors. It is an exciting opportunity to work with top brands, collaborate with talented design and production teams, and occasionally travel to major projects and industry events across the country.
What You’ll Do- Manage assigned client accounts with care and precision
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients from kickoff through project completion and beyond
- Prepare and respond to quotes, proposals, and work orders
- Collaborate with design, project management, and production to keep projects on track with budgets, schedules, and creative goals
- Coordinate logistics and support clients on-site at installations and events
- Provide after-hours support to clients and internal teams when needed
- Travel to projects, shows, and events (3–4 times per year including Las Vegas and other locations)
- Share feedback and recommendations with leadership to continuously improve client service and project delivery
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (account management, sales, customer success, or related)
- Strong communication skills written, verbal, and on-the-go mobile communication
- Comfort with Microsoft Office with the ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
- College degree preferred but not required
- Events, tradeshow, or architectural interiors experience is a plus but not required as we are willing to train the right candidate
- Professional, energetic, and personable
- A strong listener and problem-solver who communicates with positivity and confidence
- Highly organized with a “get it done” attitude
- Willing to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction
- Excited to work collaboratively with internal teams and thrive under deadlines
- Open to occasional travel (approx. 10 percent)
