Senior Electrical Engineer – Role Overview

The ideal Senior Electrical Engineer candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and support of complex analog and digital electronic systems in an aerospace environment. This role owns the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing, qualification, and production support—on technically challenging programs.

• Design and develop analog/digital hardware and microcontroller-based systems
• Debug new designs and support production and field issues
• Conduct design reviews, root cause analysis, and failure investigations
• Perform analysis, simulation, testing, and validation of designs
• Support aerospace standards including DO-160, DO-254, and ARP-4754
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with customers as needed
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and proposals

• BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
• 7–9+ years of electrical design experience
• Strong analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems background
• Experience with PSpice/LTspice and industry‑standard design tools
