** Senior Manufacturing Engineer

* ** YOUR CHALLENGE:
*** Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing methods, process flows, and operational sequences to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.
* Design and oversee the creation of tools, fixtures, and assembly processes to support complex production requirements.
* Collaborate closely with design engineering to review product designs, ensure manufacturability, and drive smooth product launches.
* Perform detailed manufacturing cost analyses, establish labor standards, and recommend process and tooling improvements.
* Develop, maintain, and standardize manufacturing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
* Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing engineering, production, procurement, quality, and inspection.
* Lead initiatives in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and labor efficiency, using data-driven analysis.
* Champion 5S principles, continuous improvement, and EHS compliance throughout the manufacturing environment.
** WHAT YOU BRING
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
* Extensive experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works) and other manufacturing design software.
* Deep understanding of mechanical and electronic assembly principles.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
*** Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
**** Expertise in statistical analysis and applied mathematics (probability, geometry, trigonometry).
* Familiarity with manufacturing standards, process documentation, and ERP systems.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
