ROLE - Senior Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syte Line) Developer

This is a hybrid position based out of our Hauppauge, NY or Tampa, FL offices, or may be fully remote depending on the right candidate.Please note that at this time, we are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position. All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements for new software solutions and system enhancements.
- Develop customizations, enhancements, reports, and add-ons for the Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI) ERP system to meet evolving business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues, applying fixes, and performing upgrades.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and deliver high‑quality software projects.
- Conduct thorough testing of system modifications and maintain detailed documentation of programming tasks, procedures, and outcomes.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and system capabilities.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain code quality across the team.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between Syte Line and other enterprise systems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Help define and refine development standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews related to ERP systems and data handling.
- Assist in planning and executing system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stay current with updates and releases from Infor and recommend adoption strategies when appropriate.
- 10+ years of experience in software or systems development, with a strong foundation in enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syte Line), including customizations, integrations, and enhancements (V9/V10).
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and sales business processes, with the ability to align technical solutions to business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T‑SQL, C#, and
- Expert‑level skills in SQL, including stored procedure development, database design, and performance optimization.
- Experience creating business reports using SQL, SSRS, and Crystal Reports.
- Familiarity with Infor OS ecosystem, including IDM, Doc‑Trak, Workflows a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
