Purchasing Coordinator

We are working with a manufacturing company who is looking for a purchasing coordinator with hands on experience to join their busy team.

• Create, process, and maintain purchase orders in Net Suite
• Coordinate purchasing activities from order placement through delivery
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on outstanding deliveries
• Maintain accurate vendor, item, pricing, and purchasing information in Net Suite
• Review purchasing documentation for accuracy
• Assist with inventory and material availability tracking
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, accounting, and other internal departments
• Research vendors and obtain pricing/availability when needed
• Resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, invoices, quantities, or deliveries
• Maintain organized purchasing records and documentation
• Assist the purchasing team with reporting and other administrative responsibilities

• 2+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
• Hands-on Net Suite experience — required
