You will use ERP outputs, supplier lead times, and pricing to make timely purchasing decisions and prevent shortages, working with Planning, Operations, Nutrition, and Procurement.
Requires 3+ years in buying or supply chain, ERP experience with Sage X3, and strong Excel skills. HACCP/Serv Safe or ASCM certifications are plus; travel is occasional.
