The Project Manager is responsible for working cross‑functionally with internal customers to scope projects, create and regularly update project plans, track progress and budget, maintain a risk log, and present management reports on project outcomes and status.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) required or eight years directly related experience
• Minimum five years’ experience in a related field required; financial institution experience preferred
• Experience with project management tools;
  Smartsheet admin experience
• Familiarity with Google’s Suite of Office Applications
• Lucidchart experience
• Salesforce experience
• Banking, Lending and Operations experience preferred
• Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
• PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred

• Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progress
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis
• Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project plan
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget
• Own the project risk identification and mitigation process
• Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols
• Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
• Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent
• Participate in change management process
• Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $84,250 - $101,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts as permitted by applicable law.
