SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for working cross‑functionally with internal customers to scope projects, create and regularly update project plans, track progress and budget, maintain a risk log, and present management reports on project outcomes and status.
Qualifications & Education- Bachelor’s degree in related field (business administration, IT, engineering, or related analytical field) required or eight years directly related experience
- Minimum five years’ experience in a related field required; financial institution experience preferred
- Experience with project management tools;
Smartsheet admin experience - Familiarity with Google’s Suite of Office Applications
- Lucidchart experience
- Salesforce experience
- Banking, Lending and Operations experience preferred
- Experience in process design and process improvement preferred
- PMP and/or CSM certification(s) preferred
- Develop detailed project plans to effectively monitor progress
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis
- Establish and direct project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project plan
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget
- Own the project risk identification and mitigation process
- Develop templates and documentation to support consistency in EPMO protocols
- Ensure that budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met
- Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent
- Participate in change management process
- Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively, or leading a team while remaining agile and flexible in a rapidly changing environment and managing multiple competing priorities

The good faith range for this position is $84,250 - $101,250 annually. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts as permitted by applicable law.
