Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Who They Are

We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial glazing and façade projects from start to finish. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships while driving quality and safety. If you have storefront or curtain wall experience, this is a strong growth opportunity with an industry leader.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from contract award to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and material procurement.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure timely project closeout, including final inspections and documentation.

• 5+ years of project management experience in glazing, curtain wall, or construction-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and window systems.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
