Key Responsibilities (On The Floor)- Lead cutting room operations directly on the production floor.
- Operate and oversee automated cutting and spreading systems (Gerber, Lectra, or similar).
- Execute daily cutting plans to support sewing and shipping schedules.
- Monitor and improve fabric utilization, marker efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Manage fabric relaxation, shade control, and lot integrity.
- Troubleshoot equipment, quality, and workflow issues as they happen.
- Train, coach, and hold cutting room operators and leads accountable.
- Maintain safety, housekeeping, and equipment standards.
- Communicate clearly with Production, Planning, QA, and Warehouse teams.

- 5+ years of knit apparel cutting room experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Gerber, Lectra, or similar automated cutting and spreading equipment.
- Proven leadership in a high-volume production environment.
- Solid understanding of knit fabrics (jersey, fleece, rib, performance knits).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Day-shift availability.
- Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
- Strong floor leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale or vertically integrated apparel operations.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement background.
