Own the setup, operation, and quality outcomes of our folding-gluer line on 2nd shift. You’ll be the go-to expert turning specifications into production-ready settings and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

• Configure key stations: feeder, glue system, plow/fold plates, compression, pack station, and quality inspection systems.
• Optimize for fold sequence, glue placement, paperboard thickness, and score alignment.
• Deploy automated, computer-driven inspection to verify quality at speed.
• Continuously watch the run, correcting variances to protect accuracy and carton integrity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep uptime high.
• Read job tickets, confirm schedules, track materials, and maintain precise inventory counts.
• Finish strong: complete post-run cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work cell.
• Model safety-first behaviors and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Background as a Folding-Gluer Operator in printing, packaging, or folding-carton environments (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Bobst or equivalent equipment (highly preferred).
• Mechanical strength and problem-solving to address equipment and quality issues.
• Understanding of glue systems, scoring, folding sequences, and carton design.
• Ability to interpret production layouts and job tickets; skilled with calipers, rulers, and gauges.
• Competence in math, including measurements and conversions.
• Detail orientation, clear communication, and strong teamwork.
• Comfort working in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
