Seasonal Fulfillment Associate – Sterling North America Inc.
Under the direction of the Fulfillment Associate Lead, the Seasonal Fulfillment Associate is responsible for offloading stock deliveries, processing work orders, and packaging orders for distribution in a timely fashion.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Reading and processing work orders.
- Locating and extracting products from shelves and warehouse storage areas.
- Accommodating and carefully handling fragile merchandise.
- Tagging and labeling merchandise.
- Labeling and stockpiling merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
- Boxing, wrapping and packing the products in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
- Confirming the product details correspond to those on the work order.
- Inspecting products for damages, defects, and irregularities.
- Packing the products for delivery.
- Preparing parcels for mailing or express shipment.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions on an order ticket.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to identify production problems and quality problems.
- Energetic, dependable, and a reliable team player.
- Willingness to work overtime as required, occasionally on short notice.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noises and moving machinery.

Working ConditionsMust be able to work within various degrees of noise, temperature, and air quality. Flexibility and patience are required. Must be able to work under stressful conditions. Includes sitting, standing, pushing and/or pulling, lifting and carrying (up to 50 pounds), reaching, squatting, climbing stairs, and kneeling. The work environment is usually noisy and may be performed while exposed to chemicals and odors commonly associated with printing.

Physical Requirements
Individuals must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to seventy (70) pounds with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, sitting, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning or crawling, reaching with hands and arms, and seeing, talking or hearing are required. Push/pull up to fifty (50) pounds on a regular and recurring basis.
Vision and hearing requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and normal hearing with or without device.
