Sales Associate – Umbrava, LLC
Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Job Responsibilities- Interacts with new and existing clients to increase leads and sales of our proprietary software product.
- Present and promote our internal software product to initially conduct sales.
- Represent the company and the product software to current and prospective clients via phone, email, virtual webinar, and in person by persuasive communication.
- Schedule and host demonstrations of our product software.
- Develop prospect and lead lists, using typical and creative methods that will convert contacts into clients.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes at each stage of the sales process.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Coordinate sales efforts with other departments when onboarding new clients.
- Provide management with reports on sales performance, prospects, innovations, marketing opportunities, and more.
- Enthusiastically seek personal and company feedback from team members and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience with sales (software sales preferred)
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and processes
- Capability of analyzing and interpreting data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a conversational and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present and communicate persuasively.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to different audiences.
