Responsibilities:

Handle internet, phone, email, end of lease/loan inquiries
Make outbound follow-up calls, emails and texts that keep customers engaged from start to finish and schedule appointments
Answer any questions in a friendly and professional way
Be a problem solver
Route customer calls and concerns to the right person on our team
Deliver a top-notch customer experience
Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
Complete daily tasks as assigned
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers

Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 plus advanced opportunities.
