What will the role involve?
Preparing financial statements and management accounts for a broad range of clients
Supporting tax compliance activities and assisting with calculations and submissions
Managing bookkeeping assignments using cloud-based software including Xero, Quick Books and Free Agent
Building strong client relationships and providing practical support on day-to-day accounting matters
Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service while supporting the continued growth of the practice
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant / Senior vacancy:
Previous experience within an accountancy practice environment, including bookkeeping, accounts preparation and tax work
Confident using cloud accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books or Free Agent
Able to work independently whilst managing deadlines and priorities effectively
Strong communication skills with a client-focused and professional approach
Positive, proactive and keen to contribute to a supportive team culture
