As an MOT Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service to customers.

• Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm only, no weekends

• Maintain full, continuous compliance of the MOT station in line with DVSA regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes and deliver training support to all MOT team members.
• Conduct comprehensive audits across MOT locations.
• Complete daily MOT tests as scheduled in the work diary.
• Demonstrate a highly professional manner and exceptional efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Must be experienced working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• A current MOT licence is essential.

• Recognised MOT Tester qualification.
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
• Strong understanding of MOT testing regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good communication skills.
