Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman to join a major, long-term infrastructure project at Budds Farm, Havant.

This role is based on Southern Water's £1.3 billion Hampshire Water Transfer and Water Recycling Project, one of the UK's largest water infrastructure investments. The project involves the construction of a new advanced water recycling plant at Budds Farm, helping secure future water supplies across Hampshire.

This position is primarily a labouring role, with only minimal traffic marshalling duties, making it ideal for someone happy to support the wider site team while carrying out occasional vehicle banksman responsibilities.

Rate of Pay: £16.50 per hour (PAYE)

• Carry out general labouring duties to support the site team
• Undertake Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman duties when required
• Safely manage vehicle and plant movements around the site
• Guide HGVs and construction vehicles during deliveries and manoeuvres
• Maintain safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation
• Assist with site logistics, deliveries, and material movements
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
• Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions promptly
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to maintain efficient site operations

• CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman qualification (essential)
• Previous labouring experience on construction or civil engineering projects
• SEQOHS Safety Critical Medical (preferred)
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a busy site team
