Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEMH School - Emsworth - £14.25 per Hour
Location: Emsworth, Hampshire
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Pink Tile Education is recruiting for a specialist school near Emsworth that supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting young people who may have experienced trauma, anxiety, behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream education.
The school takes a therapeutic and relationship-led approach, helping pupils build resilience, confidence and positive pathways for the future.
The Role- Supporting students with SEMH needs throughout the school day
- Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
- Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Supporting classroom learning and engagement
- Working alongside teaching, pastoral and therapy teams
- Psychology graduates or graduates from a related discipline
- An interest in mental health, behaviour and child development
- Emotional resilience and a calm, proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for supporting vulnerable young people
- £14.25 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Term-time only hours
- September 2026 start
