Are you confident supporting young people who may experience social, emotional and behavioural challenges?

We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist educational environment in Waterlooville. Working closely with students, you'll play a key role in helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• Support students on a one-to-one and group basis.
• Help manage challenging behaviour positively and consistently.
• Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience.
• Foster positive engagement within the classroom.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• SEN/SEMH education.
• Residential childcare.
• Youth offending services.
• Sports coaching.
• Mental health support.
• Care and support work.
