We are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Havant. You will join the maintenance department on a day shift where you will ensure the site is maintained.

Day to day duties include -

• Repairing and maintaining equipment in a safe compliant manner.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements opportunities to increase equipment efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and process robustness
• Update Maintenance records and reviews
• Promote Safe Systems of Work, adhering to Safety regulations and Legislation
• Proactive team working with peers, customers, and support groups to improve equipment reliability
• efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and process robustness.
• Work with Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering to seek opportunities to improve OEE

Must have -

• Certified engineering apprenticeship/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in engineering discipline or equivalent
• A good understanding of electrical/mechanical/fluid power/control systems
• Ability to analyse problems and perform repairs
• Basic use of hand tools
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
